- Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10-15-page tour script
- Must be dependable enthusiastic cheerful and professional
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Deliver a company-approved presentation to large groups of guests ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling
- Serve in various host roles including reception and front-desk support
- Support and assist with special events and on-site programs
- Provide guests with directions information and on-site assistance as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries while delivering a welcoming memorable customer experience
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all public-facing and customer service interactions
