The role available is an hourly management position starting at $16.50 per hour. This position involves supporting the store leadership by overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive team environment. The person in this role will ensure that all associates provide the B.E.S.T. (Bold, Engaging, Service-oriented, Timely) customer service experience, which results in a fast and friendly checkout process for each guest. This manager will train and motivate crew members, assist in the organizing and stocking of merchandise, and act as Manager on Duty as necessary, taking full responsibility for the store including staff management and urgent issue resolution. Additionally, the manager is responsible for opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, securing the premises, and setting alarms to guarantee smooth and safe store operations.

This role is crucial in supporting the onboarding and training of new associates, helping them master company policies, product details, and operational tasks. The manager will actively seek opportunities to increase sales by optimizing merchandising strategies and staff performance. Working collaboratively with store leadership, the manager will also partner in merchandising procedures and maintaining the overall presentation of the store through activities such as World Recovery. To maintain store standards, this role will entail performing basic store maintenance duties including cleaning and stock room organization. Flexibility in scheduling is important as this position requires availability for day, evening, weekend shifts, and potentially overnight shifts or travel as needed. Candidates must be capable of physical tasks such as moving merchandise, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods to effectively support all operational needs. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers
  • trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
  • helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates
  • assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock
  • acts as Manager on Duty when needed
  • manages the entire process of opening or closing the store
  • supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates
  • drives store sales and controls expenses
  • partners with the entire store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery
  • performs store maintenance including cleaning and maintaining stock room
