The position requires a physically present individual who can manage the front desk operations with professionalism and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling tutoring appointments, assisting students in connecting with tutors either in-person or online, and providing basic technical support such as helping with virtual meeting log-ins and system navigation.
