This opportunity is to join TJ Maxx Store 1586 located in Houston, TX, as a Store Associate specializing in maintaining store cleanliness and floor care. The role carries a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with actual compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. This position is essential in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and organized store environment. The responsibilities encompass operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, performing various cleaning tasks including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. Additionally, the Store Associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, supports multiple areas within the store through cross-training, and contributes positively to store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
