Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- no retail experience required

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- act with integrity, honesty and fostering teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions, taking appropriate partners as needed
- demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues
- meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity, credit, loyalty
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers
- receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers and other company personnel
- perform other responsibilities as assigned
