This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all areas within the store, ensuring the environment is welcoming and hygienic for all visitors and associates. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks such as floor care, window washing, restroom sanitation, and waste management, all in adherence to Kohl's established best practices and safety standards. You will only use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment, and it is your responsibility to monitor and replenish supplies when necessary, ensuring all items are stored correctly to maintain their effectiveness.

In addition to maintaining the physical environment, the role requires you to complete regular training related to chemical handling, equipment use, and maintenance tasks to uphold operational standards. Basic maintenance of cleaning equipment will also be part of your duties, ensuring that all tools are in optimal working condition. You will utilize Kohl's proprietary technology and communication tools to coordinate with team members and support operational workflows.

Beyond cleaning, this position will occasionally require assisting with stockroom operations, receiving and processing inventory, and supporting omni-channel fulfillment tasks.
