Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- support store operations including receiving, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- act with integrity and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment and discernment in decision-making
- demonstrate a customer service mindset anticipating needs and resolving issues
- meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity and loyalty
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- maintain adherence to company safety policies
- respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- perform other responsibilities as assigned
