In the cashier role, you will utilize ALDI's point-of-sale system to scan and process purchases accurately while adhering to cash handling policies and procedures. This includes physical tasks like lifting products up to 45 pounds and operating equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers in various temperature-controlled environments.

Both roles require a strong focus on safety, compliance with company policies, and collaboration with store management to meet operational goals including loss prevention and maintaining a safe work environment. Employees must be able to perform physical duties such as pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and walking.
