In this role, if hired as a cashier, you will be the friendly face greeting customers and providing efficient checkout service, using the point-of-sale system to accurately scan and process purchases. You will be responsible for working in compliance with cash handling policies, ensuring a smooth checkout experience by opening additional lanes as required, and accurately managing curbside pickup orders. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service with attention to detail and professionalism at all times.
If hired as a stocker, your role will be essential in maintaining the store’s appearance and product availability by stocking shelves neatly according to merchandising planograms that maximize sales. Stockers are expected to have flexibility for early start times, sometimes as early as 5:00 am, to ensure shelves are well-stocked throughout the day. Both positions support the overall store operations by performing cleaning duties and ensuring a safe and hazard-free work environment, working closely with store management to meet goals related to operational efficiency, loss prevention, and inventory management.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience preferred
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work early morning shifts if assigned as stocker
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Must comply with drug test, motor vehicle report, and reference check as applicable
- Must adhere to company policies and safety standards
