Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

The current opportunity is for enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers who will contribute directly to the store’s day-to-day operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. The positions are part-time, offering fewer than 30 hours a week with a starting wage of $20.50 per hour, which increases over time to $22.00 by the fifth year. As a cashier, your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the point-of-sale (POS) system and adhere strictly to cash handling policies. Beyond operating the register, cashiers will also assist with curbside pickup orders to ensure customers receive accurate and timely service.

Stockers will play an important role in maintaining store shelves and displays according to merchandising standards and planograms, enhancing the shopping experience by ensuring products are orderly and readily available. Stockers need to be available for early shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. to adequately restock inventory and prepare the store for opening. Both roles require physical stamina, as employees will need to handle activities such as lifting products up to 45 pounds, operating various equipment including pallet jacks and floor scrubbers, and working in varying temperature environments such as freezers and coolers.
