As a store associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising and stocking products to maintain attractive and well-organized shelves, cashiering duties that ensure a fast and courteous checkout process, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store environment. Cashiers are tasked with accurately and efficiently utilizing the point-of-sale system to process customer purchases, adhering to cash handling policies, and assisting with curbside pickup orders to meet customer convenience needs. Stockers primarily focus on stocking shelves according to merchandising guidelines, and early morning availability starting as early as 5:00 a.m. is often required to prepare the store before opening hours.

The role demands physical activity such as lifting products up to 45 pounds, operating store equipment like floor scrubbers and pallet jacks, and being able to work in various temperature settings including freezers and coolers. Candidates should be able to perform these functions safely following store policies and with attention to ergonomics.
