The HomeGoods Store 1103 located in Midlothian, VA, is currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Sales Associate. This role offers a starting pay range of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour, with actual pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The Sales Associate position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers within a supportive and welcoming retail environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
- Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Promotes credit and loyalty programs
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
- Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
