Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in kitchen cleaning or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to work flexible hours

- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

Job Duties
- Clean all kitchen areas including pots, pans, silver items, silverware, platters at all times
- sweep and mop floors at scheduled times and as needed
- clean worktables, mixers, refrigerators at all times
- deliver food for catered functions in a timely manner
- clean kitchen and back-of-house areas daily and nightly
- adhere to Sonesta sanitation and safety guidelines
- deliver passionate and engaging service to guests following the GUEST model
