Located in Denver, Colorado, adjacent to popular attractions such as Denver's Buell Theatre and next to The Corner Office Restaurant, The Curtis Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it's a destination that offers a joyful, immersive experience for everyone who walks through its doors. This approach extends into how they treat their staff, embracing individuality and encouraging a harmonious balance between work and personal happiness.

The Barista role is fundamental to the hotel’s cafe experience, serving as the foundation of The Corner Office Restaurant’s coffee service. A true professional in the hospitality industry, the Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of every beverage served. With a focus on cultivating enthusiastically satisfied customers, the Barista creates welcoming experiences that encourage repeat visits and uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
This position requires a joyful and positive attitude alongside expert technical skills in coffee preparation and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have availability for opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the hospitality industry’s dynamic schedule. Their role also includes maintaining quality operations and contributing to the profitability of the store, all while learning and adapting to every aspect of the barista position. This diverse set of responsibilities ensures that the Barista is not just a worker behind the counter but a vital part of the customer journey, delivering both atmosphere and premium products.
The Curtis Hotel offers unique perks for its employees, including complimentary on-site parking, free employee meals, discounts at both Hilton and Sage Portfolio hotels, and special savings at Sage Restaurant Concepts. A complimentary EcoPass adds an eco-friendly commuting option, while employee recognition events and chances for career growth within the company enhance the overall work experience. The hotel also promotes a healthy work-life balance with paid sick time, a 401(k) with employer matching, and free gym access. All of these benefits contribute to a supportive, motivated workplace culture where employees are valued and encouraged to thrive.
Working as a Barista at The Curtis Hotel offers not just a job but an opportunity to be a part of a joyful, creative team that values happiness and customer satisfaction equally. If you thrive in lively environments and have a passion for coffee and customer service, this role provides an ideal place to showcase your skills and grow your career. Join The Curtis Hotel and become part of a truly special hospitality experience where every day is a perfect blend.
