This includes managing bookings, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, and supporting spa operations to create a relaxing environment. Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant guest service experience, preferably in a luxury spa environment, and be proficient with booking software such as Book4Time. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an ability to maintain composure under pressure are essential for success in this role. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $28.00 hourly, reflecting the level of professionalism and expertise expected.
