This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike many other positions posted directly by McDonald's USA, this restaurant is run by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and sell its food products. This means that the franchisee is a separate business entity and employer, handling all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervising employees.
