Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike many other positions posted directly by McDonald's USA, this restaurant is run by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and sell its food products. This means that the franchisee is a separate business entity and employer, handling all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervising employees. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to learn and apply McDonald's standards
  • ability to manage teams and operations during shifts
  • effective communication skills
  • commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • planning shifts to ensure operational efficiency
  • monitoring team and individual performance during shifts
  • leading crew and managers to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • managing food safety protocols during shifts
  • overseeing inventory management and daily maintenance
  • providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues
  • scheduling and training employees to maintain productivity and standards
