Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Able to stand for up to 6 hours
- Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas
- Support demo events including setup and removal of equipment and supplies
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work safely in a retail environment
- Strong team building skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
- Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assist with daily store operations including opening and closing procedures for events
- Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness
- Serve as a role model and resource for other staff
- Promote and demonstrate products enthusiastically to influence buyer behavior through education and engagement
- Prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment
- Set up and remove carts, equipment, and supplies for demo events
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and education
