Job Requirements
- be 18 years or older
- have reliable transportation to and from work location
- be available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
- be comfortable preparing cooking and cleaning work area and equipment
- have a safety-first mentality
- be enthusiastic friendly and outgoing
- possess excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and engagement skills
- basic food preparation and safety knowledge
Job Duties
- assist with daily store operations including opening and closing operations for events
- support adherence to all warehouse standards for safety customer service product quality operations and store cleanliness
- serve as a role model and resource for other staff
- influence buyer's behavior through customer education engagement and product demonstrations
- prepare cook and clean work area and equipment
- support demo events by setting up and removing carts equipment and supplies
- conduct food safety sanitation and daily safety inspections
