In the role of Shift Coordinator, you will play a critical part in assisting with the daily operations of the store, including managing opening and closing activities during events. You will be responsible for supporting warehouse standards related to safety, customer service, product quality, operational efficiency, and store cleanliness, ensuring all standards are consistently met or exceeded. As a role model and key resource for your fellow staff members, you will help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Your responsibilities will also include engaging with customers through product demonstrations and education to influence purchasing decisions. During breaks or events, you will actively promote products with enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment, as well as supporting the setup and removal of carts, equipment, and supplies for demo events.
