Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
- comfortable preparing cooking and cleaning work area and equipment
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- work with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- able to support demo events including setup and removal of equipment and supplies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and organizational skills
- comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- assist with daily store operations including opening and closing operations for events
- support warehouse standards for safety customer service product quality operations and store cleanliness
- serve as a role model and resource for other staff
- influence buyer’s behavior through product education engagement and demonstrations
- prepare cook and clean work area and equipment
- support demo events ensuring carts equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly
- assist with food safety sanitation and daily safety inspections
