The position of Shift Coordinator at Advantage Solutions focuses on ensuring smooth daily store operations with responsibilities that include managing opening and closing shifts for retail events. This role is vital in maintaining product quality, operational safety, and outstanding customer service and serves as a critical link between the store staff and management. Job Requirements

  • be 18 years or older
  • availability to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • stand for up to 6 hours
  • comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
  • reliable transportation to and from work location
  • excellent customer service skills
  • demonstrate a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team setting

Job Duties

  • assist with daily store operations including opening and closing shifts
  • support adherence to warehouse safety standards
  • maintain product quality and store cleanliness
  • serve as a role model and support for other staff members
  • engage customers through product education and demonstrations
  • support setup and removal of carts, equipment, and supplies during demo events
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
