Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience desirable but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with daily store operations including opening and closing events
- Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality, operations, and store cleanliness
- Serve as a role model and resource for other staff
- Influence buyer behavior through customer education and product demonstrations
- Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
- Support demo events by setting up and removing carts, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections
