Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- able to work 2 to 3 shifts per week including weekends
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and standing for up to 6 hours
- comfortable preparing cooking and cleaning work areas and equipment
- able to support demo events including setting up and removing carts equipment and supplies
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to engage and educate customers effectively
- familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to work independently and as part of a team
- prior retail or event coordination experience preferred but not required
- ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks during events
Job Duties
- assist with daily store operations including opening and closing operations for events
- support adherence to all warehouse standards for safety customer service product quality operations and store cleanliness
- serve as a role model and resource for other staff
- influence buyer behavior through customer education engagement and product demonstrations
- support demo events ensuring carts equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly
- assist with food safety sanitation and daily safety inspections
- engage customers through product demonstrations and education
