Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (with you listed as a covered driver)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old

- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather and around waste materials
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain regular communication with the team through the mobile app
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear during service
- Assist with light maintenance or community beautification tasks as needed
- Report any service issues or resident non-compliance observed during rounds
