- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation - open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors using personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance by documenting non-compliance instances with photos
- Maintain strong communication with team and management
