Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capacity to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physically capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs repeatedly
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected bags to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety standards by using provided gloves vests and safety gear
- Report any service issues or resident concerns via the mobile app
