Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work part-time hours typically from Sunday through Thursday
- Capability to perform physical work including walking, lifting, and climbing stairs
- Ownership of a smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Preferably own a vehicle such as an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in employee’s name or as a listed driver on the policy strongly preferred
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable walking extensive property distances and climbing stairs repeatedly
- Experience with mobile apps and smartphones
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within apartment communities
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactors or dumpsters
- Take required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) using company mobile app
- Follow all safety protocols including use of provided personal protective equipment
- Maintain adherence to community property boundaries during service
- cHeck for non-compliance issues and report them accordingly
- Communicate effectively with property management and team as needed
