Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in bartending or related food service roles
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work independently during closing shifts
basic math skills for cash handling
adherence to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in the food industry and bartending
strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods
familiarity with cash register operations and basic sales techniques
ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques
availability to work specified hours including evenings, weekends, and closing shifts
willingness to complete required 3-day training and participate in scheduled shifts

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during peak hours
monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary
adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks
assist in catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service
