Job Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- Current CA food handlers card
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Ability to work Sunday 6am - 2pm and Monday, Thursday, Saturday from 3pm - 8pm
Job Qualifications
- At least 17 years of age
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Current CA food handlers card
- Interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with Tenfold core values of curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution
- Ability to work Sunday 6am - 2pm and Monday, Thursday, Saturday from 3pm - 8pm
Job Duties
- Ensure residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues
- Support and encourage fellow Dining team members
- Utilize a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders in a timely and organized fashion
- Know the menu and ingredients of menu items and memorize daily specials
- Set and clear tables, wash table tops and condiment containers after every meal
- Maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro
- Keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
