Job Requirements
- at least 17 years of age
- high school diploma or GED, preferred
- current CA food handlers card
- interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution
- ability to work Sunday 6am - 2pm and Monday, Thursday, Saturday from 3pm - 8pm

Job Duties
- ensuring residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues
- support and encourage your fellow dining team members
- utilizing a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion, which requires knowing the menu and ingredients of menu items and memorizing the daily specials
- setting and clearing tables
- washing table tops and condiment containers after every meal
- maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the bistro
- keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
