Job Requirements
- must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and enjoyment of the hospitality industry
- ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure
- strong multitasking and time management abilities
- attention to detail ensuring accurate order taking and payment processing
- knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies
- basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips
- flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- uphold company policies including safety sanitation attendance and dress code guidelines
- ensure perishable items are properly labeled rotated and discarded to maintain quality control
- provide prompt friendly and professional service to guests anticipating their needs and responding to questions
- greet guests warmly assist with seating and provide menus water and drinks
- communicate specials explain menu items and dietary considerations and take accurate orders
- coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
- serve food and beverages promptly maintaining proper presentation and timing
