Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special
- master the menu including details of all items, promotions, and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently
- serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly
- manage the food service station ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times
- comply with regulatory standards including health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
