The Server role at Mainsail is pivotal to ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional dining experience. Servers are entrusted with creating a welcoming environment through friendly greetings, attentive service, and knowledgeable communication about menu offerings. This role demands individuals who are not only energetic and personable but also meticulous in maintaining service standards that reflect the Autograph Collection's prestigious reputation. The Server will handle multiple responsibilities, including setting up tables, managing service stations, efficiently processing guest orders, and assisting with beverage recommendations, including wines and liquors. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, as Servers collaborate closely with Front of House staff to provide a smooth and enjoyable guest journey from arrival to departure. Furthermore, this position requires adaptability and professionalism to manage busy periods while maintaining a positive atmosphere characterized by lightheartedness and genuine care.

The role also involves ongoing participation in departmental meetings and adherence to established cash handling protocols. Physical demands necessitate the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift items up to 50 lbs, and maintain effective communication, ensuring clarity and responsiveness at all times.

Overall, the Server position at Mainsail offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant team within a respected hospitality brand, serving guests with excellence while fostering an engaging and supportive work environment.
