Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a renowned company dedicated to serving seniors across the United States. With a network of over 60 communities nationwide, RLC delivers an exceptional resort-style living environment that uniquely combines comfort, community, and care. As a family-owned and fast-growing organization, RLC prioritizes the well-being of both its residents and employees by fostering an atmosphere rooted in core values such as Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence. This commitment creates a thriving community where happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations are the essential goals driving their continued success.

The company is currently seeking a Part-Time Server to join their dedicated team. This role is more than just serving meals; it’s about creating meaningful dining experiences that bring joy and comfort to the residents. The position involves working collaboratively within a servant-hearted team that values thoughtful communication, idea-sharing, and a positive, caring community spirit. The Part-Time Server contributes to the overall mission by enhancing the dining environment, ensuring meal service is executed with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, and helping maintain cleanliness and order in dining spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a supportive environment and desire to become an essential part of a team focused on delivering exceptional senior living experiences.

As a server at RLC, the incumbent will assist residents during Casual Dining by carrying trays and offering beverages and will create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables warmly, guiding residents through menu options, and serving an entire meal with accuracy and kindness. Responsibilities also include resetting tables, cleaning, and delivering room service with a friendly attitude. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals aged 15 and older, with no previous work experience required, making it accessible as a first job or an opportunity for experienced servers to make an immediate impact. The company supports new employees by requiring compliance with local food handler permits and state work permit regulations when applicable, ensuring a smooth and lawful onboarding process.

Working with Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will enjoy various perks, including pay on demand, employee discounts, and a supportive leadership team that values your contribution. Whether you are starting your career or bringing seasoned experience, RLC provides a purpose-driven role where every day presents an opportunity to make a positive difference in seniors’ lives while gaining valuable real-world experience. This position not only enhances your customer service skills but also connects you with an engaged community in a beautiful, resort-style setting. Join the RLC family and bring your servant heart to a role where kindness and compassion lead the way.
