Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

  • Knowledge of drink recipes, standard signature drinks and wine lists
  • Working knowledge of POS system and cashiering
  • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions according to established procedures
  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Adherence to uniform, grooming and hygiene standards
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Responsible behavior and problem-reporting

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of drink recipes, standard signature drinks and wine lists
  • Working knowledge of POS system and cashiering
  • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions according to established procedures
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Multi-lingual is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently, utilizing multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
  • Consistent and uniform level of service in accordance with established standards per SOPs
  • Adherence to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene standards and expectations per SOPs
  • Ability to maintain ongoing cleaning and maintenance of workstation according to established procedure
  • Punctuality and adherence to posted schedule and arrival time
  • Responsible personal comportment in line with company policies and standards
  • Ability to identify and report real or potential problems to Management immediately

Job Duties

  • Interacting and providing food and drinks for guests in restaurant and events areas
  • Responsible for area cleanliness
  • Wait station properly set according to station pictures and SOPs
  • Make sure all side work is complete as per side work list
  • Review menu daily for changes, specials and 86 lists
  • Describe menu items and wine as requested per training
  • Follow the service and house standard and expectations at all times
  • Opening all wine and water bottles
  • Properly take orders, ensuring the tickets are neat and organized
  • Properly enter orders through Micros POS system
  • Handle all payment methods
  • Ensure that all closing side work is thoroughly completed according to side work list and SOPs
