Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a fast-growing, family-owned company that operates more than 60 communities nationwide, specializing in providing resort-style living environments designed specifically for seniors. RLC is committed to creating a supportive, caring community where both employees and residents thrive in a positive and respectful atmosphere. Guided by core values of respect, honesty, kindness and compassion, and service excellence, the organization fosters a culture that promotes happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. This dedication to quality and service excellence makes RLC a highly respected leader in senior living communities across the country.

This part-time Server role at RLC is more than just a job serving meals—it is an opportunity to create meaningful dining experiences that bring joy and comfort to senior residents. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment where open communication, sharing ideas, and responding thoughtfully to feedback are encouraged in order to maintain a warm and caring community atmosphere. Whether assisting in casual or fine dining settings, the Server will actively engage with residents to enhance their dining satisfaction, ensuring attentive and respectful service. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, helping with room service deliveries, and supporting other team members as needed. The position is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and wish to contribute to a community-oriented mission, whether they are seeking their first job experience or looking to make an immediate impact with prior background in hospitality.

RLC embraces diversity and invites candidates of all ages 15 and older to apply, with certain roles requiring official permits and compliance with local or state regulations including food handler permits. The company provides a supportive leadership team and offers an engaging workplace that values employees’ contributions, offers pay on demand, and employee discounts. Working at RLC not only provides a chance to earn income but also to grow professionally within a purpose-driven, resident-focused environment that truly feels like family. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of a mission that values service excellence and making a daily difference in the lives of seniors.
