Employees here not only have jobs but also purposes that impact the lives of residents, participants, their families, and the broader community. The organization provides opportunities for growth—including mentorship, training, and career advancement—and emphasizes feedback, recognition, competitive compensation, and a benefits package designed to support a balanced lifestyle.

As a part-time server, you are joining more than a workplace; you are becoming part of a mission-driven team where every employee experience is intentional. From thorough day one orientation to ongoing leadership development and quarterly training for managers, Immanuel ensures its employees are supported every step of the way. Candidates should be prepared to undergo background checks and drug screens prior to hire and must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, despite the part-time work schedule.
