The Guest Service Expert position at Sheraton New Orleans Hotel is a vital part-time, non-management role under the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. This role is designed to create an engaging and memorable experience for the guests beyond merely serving food and drinks. Guest Service Experts play a dynamic role that includes setting tables, communicating efficiently with the kitchen staff, interacting and serving guests in a professional and courteous manner, and maintaining cleanliness in their designated areas. This role requires physical stamina and a hands-on approach, as it involves standing, walking, and moving across varying surfaces and lifting objects up to 50 pounds with assistance.

The Guest Service Expert is not only responsible for delivering quality guest service but also for ensuring compliance with company policies in safety, hygiene, and professional presentation. This includes upholding personal appearance standards, wearing the appropriate uniform, and conveying effective communication at all times. The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $7.25.
