Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
- Current Food Handler's permit
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere
- Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
- Current Food Handler's permit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in wine and spirit education preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Work well on a team and be receptive to feedback and coaching
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
- Guide members through the chef's curated menu and cocktail and wine program
- Facilitate special moments that create lasting memories for members
- Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Participate actively in ongoing wine or spirit education programs
- Prioritize and execute tasks independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
