This particular role is a part-time seasonal Housekeeper position within Travel + Leisure Co., designed to support the general resort operations by maintaining cleanliness and quality standards of resort units. The housekeeper is responsible for thoroughly cleaning various areas within the resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Key responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, managing linens by sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying them, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and fellow associates. This role also demands strong communication skills to address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve guest issues and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude are essential, as well as the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. The hourly wage for this role is $20.00. Travel + Leisure Co. provides a comprehensive benefits program for associates working 30 or more hours per week, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability insurance, paid time off (for eligible positions), parental leave, holidays, volunteer wish days, 401k with employer match, legal and identity theft plans, voluntary income protection benefits, wellness programs, and an employee assistance program. Temporary and seasonal associates are currently ineligible for paid time off. Job Duties

  • Support general resort operations by cleaning resort units
