  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to six months prior receptionist and office experience
  • ability to handle multiple line telephone console with courtesy and professionalism
  • ability to sit for long periods answering a busy telephone console
  • strong computer and keying skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • typing speed of 45-60 words per minute
  • ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • effective oral and written communication skills
