This part-time Sales Receptionist position, based in Conway, AR, is a key role within Milan Laser Hair Removal's clinic team. The role is designed for professionals who are passionate about customer service and the aesthetics industry, and it involves a blend of administrative, sales, and operational responsibilities. The Sales Receptionist will be expected to manage front desk operations, including answering calls and scheduling appointments, while also directly engaging with clients to enhance their overall experience. The role requires someone who is adept at building personal connections with clients, promoting a friendly and supportive environment, and contributing to achieving the clinic's monthly sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Receptionist will assist medical staff with treatment room maintenance, further supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.
This position is part-time, requiring 21-22 hours per week with a rotational schedule across three days per week. Week one typically includes Monday through Wednesday, and week two covers Thursday through Saturday, offering flexibility that can suit various lifestyles and commitments. Ideal candidates will have experience in administration or sales, demonstrate excellent communication skills, work well independently and within a team, and show initiative in their duties. Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
