Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Actively engage with clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to encourage ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
