This role is a part-time Sales Receptionist position based in Washington (Odenton), MD, offering $20.00 per hour with the potential for monthly bonuses. The job requires working around 21-22 hours per week, scheduled across three rotating days per week. The schedule alternates between Monday-Wednesday one week and Thursday-Saturday the next. As a Sales Receptionist, you will be an integral part of the clinic’s customer service and sales operations. Your primary responsibility is to engage with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships that drive sales growth and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will oversee all front desk and administrative functions, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate client records. There is also an operational aspect to the role which involves supporting clinical staff by assisting with treatment room maintenance and helping clients navigate the clinic experience. Collaboration with the clinic team is essential to meet monthly sales goals and to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a proactive and independent work ethic. You will be expected to demonstrate teamwork, maintain client confidentiality, and show a passion for the aesthetics industry. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed is also important to support the clinic’s operational needs. Beyond routine tasks, you may be assigned additional duties to support broader organizational goals, reflecting the company’s emphasis on teamwork and adaptability.

Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
