Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

- Previous administrative or sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with computers and sales software

Job Duties
- Engage with clients to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently and accurately
- Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and guiding clients to their rooms
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
