The position available is for a part-time Sales Receptionist role based in our El Paso (Northwest) location in Texas. The role requires working approximately 21-22 hours per week, spread across three days on a rotating schedule, offering flexibility and work-life balance for the successful candidate. As a Sales Receptionist at Milan Laser Hair Removal, your primary responsibility is to be the face and voice of the clinic, actively engaging with clients to enhance their experience and foster strong, lasting relationships. You will oversee all front desk and administrative operations, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Additionally, you will support the medical team by ensuring treatment rooms are well-maintained and assist with various operational tasks. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business
