Currently, Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking to hire a part-time Sales Receptionist position at their Omaha (West), Nebraska location. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about retail and client service, and who want to be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company. The part-time Sales Receptionist will work approximately 19 to 21 hours per week across three days with a rotating schedule. Specifically, workweeks alternate with shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during one week, and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday during the following week.

The Sales Receptionist will serve as the face of the clinic, playing a vital part in enhancing the client journey from the moment they enter the clinic through every step of their treatment process. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively, building rapport and ensuring their satisfaction throughout each interaction. Beyond client engagement, the Sales Receptionist is responsible for managing crucial front desk and administrative operations, such as answering inbound calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining and updating client records, and assisting medical staff with the upkeep of treatment rooms.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Sales Receptionist is an active contributor to the clinic’s sales performance. They are expected to work closely with the clinic team to foster a collaborative environment that drives sales initiatives and meets monthly targets. This includes initiating discussions around upsell opportunities to maximize client value and gathering client feedback to improve services.
