We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Charlotte South, North Carolina location. This role is vital in ensuring an outstanding client experience and efficient clinic operation. Scheduled for approximately 19-21 hours per week over rotating shifts, the Sales Receptionist acts as the welcoming face of the clinic, providing top-notch customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will actively engage with clients, facilitating personalized connections to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. Duties include managing front desk operations such as answering incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, along with maintaining comprehensive client records. Additionally, the Sales Receptionist will assist clinic medical staff in the upkeep and cleanliness of treatment rooms and support team goals by contributing to sales initiatives aimed at driving growth. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive team setting while also showcasing initiative and independence.   • Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Ability to use a computer and sales software
  • Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
  • Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
