The company is currently seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join its dynamic team located in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and values teamwork, communication, and client engagement. The position involves working approximately 19-21 hours per week spread over three days, with a rotating schedule that includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays. The Sales Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, overseeing administrative and front desk responsibilities such as managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. In addition to administrative tasks, this role plays a key part in enhancing the client experience by building personal connections that foster client loyalty and satisfaction.

Candidates will engage with clients to not only provide excellent service but also to promote sales and upsell opportunities. They will collaborate closely with the clinic’s medical staff and support operational needs, including assisting with the maintenance of treatment rooms. The ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cohesive team is essential, as is a passion for the aesthetics industry.

Job Duties

  • initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
