This exciting phase of growth opens an opportunity for a part-time Sales Receptionist in West Lafayette, Indiana. Working approximately 19 to 21 hours per week across three rotating days, this role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work schedules within a dynamic and supportive workplace. As the Sales Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience from their initial contact through their treatment journey, fostering lasting relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, answering incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and assisting medical staff with administrative and operational tasks such as maintaining treatment rooms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the clinic team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals, contribute to a positive team environment, and support overall clinic efficiency.

The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for personalized customer service, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients. Your ability to engage clients effectively, identify upsell opportunities, and gather feedback will directly contribute to the clinic's sales growth and client retention efforts.
