The schedule rotates over two weeks, with workdays alternating between Monday through Wednesday and Thursday through Saturday. This position engages with clients to enhance their satisfaction and develop lasting relationships throughout their experience at Milan. The Sales Receptionist manages front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting medical staff with treatment room maintenance. Job Requirements

Administrative and/or sales experience preferred

Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties

Actively engage with the clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales growth
Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
Cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships
Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback through reviews
Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain and update client records
Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
