The part-time Sales Receptionist role based in Fort Wayne (West), Indiana, is an integral position within the Milan team that supports both front desk operations and client engagement. This part-time role involves working 19 to 21 hours per week with a rotating schedule across three days per week, alternating between Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday one week, and Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday the following week. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding client experience and assisting clinic operations to maintain smooth, efficient service delivery. Sales Receptionists will engage clients actively to enhance satisfaction, promote Milan’s services, and contribute toward monthly sales goals. They will be responsible for various administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and helping the medical staff manage treatment room readiness. This position demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a dedicated clinic team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently

Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
