The company currently offers a part-time position for a Sales Receptionist at its Denver (Parker), CO location. In this Sales Receptionist role, the successful candidate will play an integral part in client engagement and administrative operations. The role requires the individual to oversee all front desk and administrative functions such as answering incoming phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities for the clinic. Another vital responsibility includes assisting medical staff with organizing and cleaning treatment rooms, supporting the overall service delivery process. As part of the clinic team, the Sales Receptionist will also contribute to meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals by actively promoting services and upselling opportunities while gathering client feedback to continuously improve the client experience. This position demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.   • Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
